Step 1: Find who your House Representative is for your state

Step 2: Call your Representative
You’ll probably be connected to a staffer in your representative’s office. Be kind but clear with them based on your concerns with the staffer.
Step 3: Share your feedback with the staffer in your Representative’s office.
Let them know you oppose Section 138301, 138302, 138311, 138312 and 138314. Rebuilding infrastructure in America is a worthwhile task. Doing it at the expense of hard-working Americans by destroying their retirement plan is going in the wrong direction.
Step 4: Repeat this process with your state Senator.

Our friend, attorney John Hyre, has created an easy page to get the details of the proposed bill and action items on how to contact your House Representative.
It’s not too late to make your voice heard. We have a chance to change the language in the bill as currently written and protect your liberties in your own self-directed retirement account.
