		<description>I wish to compare the cost of setting up a Solo 401k for my wife&#039;s LLC.  She is self employed as a real estate agent.  I perform consulting services for her and also work for IBM.  We will rollover our IRA accounts at TD Ameritrade and I will rollover a portion of my 401k which was rolled from a previous employer.  Our objective is to buy/hold/sell foreclosures and rental properties.</description>
